ST-96DP – High-Performance Industrial Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank

The RI-LAVO ST-96DP is a 96-litre ultrasonic cleaning tank from the CEVRIN line, designed for heavy-duty and continuous industrial use. It combines a large-capacity analog tank with a digital external generator, delivering deep, uniform cleaning even for large components with complex geometries.

 

Operating at 28 kHz with 24 high-efficiency ceramic transducers and a nominal power of 1,440 W, it ensures powerful cavitation to remove dirt, grease, and contaminants from even the most challenging surfaces. The 3,000 W heating system, with adjustable thermostat (30–110°C), maintains optimal temperatures for effective cleaning. The sloped bottom and ball-valve drain make emptying and cleaning the tank easy and efficient.

 

The separate, digital external generator offers adjustable power (1–100%), Pulse mode, a programmable timer up to 99 minutes, and an intuitive interface. All components are built to withstand up to 8 hours of continuous operation.

​The ST-96DPT version is equipped with two basket specifically designed for TEXTILE applications, made of stainless steel and optimized to ensure uniform and effective cleaning of up to 10,000 reeds and weaving meshes. This accessory was developed from years of field experience and guarantees high performance and reliability even under continuous operation. In the ST-96DPT configuration, the power, frequency, and washing time parameters are also optimized according to the specific type of application, ensuring maximum cleaning efficiency and process control.
